Our clinic services are available whether or not you have insurance, or may be on a high deductible plan and looking to minimize medical costs.

Standard Care Visits

Standard care visits include uncomplicated issues such as colds, coughs, minor infections, or simple medical procedures, including:

• • • Sinus infection, bladder infection
    • Extremity pain, simple foreign body removal (eye, ear, nose)
    • Cough / cold / flu
    • Sore throat
    • Earache / ear wax impaction
    • Seasonal allergies / mild asthma
    • Pink eye / mild eye complaints
    • Minor cut closure (dermabond, numbing)
    • Minor burns / sunburns
    • Skin infections / rashes / bug bites
    • Diarrhea / nausea / vomiting
    • Acute back pain

Standard care visits start at $50 and up.

Complex Visits

Complex visits require a higher level of care, such as managing ongoing, chronic diseases or annual medical exams, including:

• • • Chronic illnesses
    • High blood pressure
    • Diabetes
    • Preventative / annual exams
    • Anxiety / depression

Complex visits are $100 for the initial or annual visit and $75 for follow-up visits.

Women’s Hormone Replacement

For women who experience subtle to severe levels of loss of energy and tiredness, fogginess and lack of mental clarity, depression, lack of interest in sex, or irregularities in periods—you are not alone. Hormone imbalances can be the cause of these symptoms and more—and hormone replacement for women can help.

Visits for hormone replacement therapy are $100 for the initial visit and $75 for follow-up visits.

Men’s Hormone Replacement

If you are a man experiencing reduced energy, decreases in motivation, mood swings, or a lack of sex drive—you are not alone. It could be low testosterone, and it impacts many men.

Visits for hormone replacement therapy are $100 for the initial visit and $75 for follow-up visits.

Medical Weight Loss

Medical weight loss helps you safely achieve your weight loss goals under the supervision of a medical provider. We will create a successful weight loss plan unique to you based on your health, medical history, BMI, and other key markers. 

Medical weight loss visits are $100 for the initial visit and $75 for follow-up visits. An EKG (electrocardiogram) is $50.

Injections

We provide a variety of cost-effective injections to keep you healthy and happy. 

Injections include:

• • • Toradol
    • Vitamin B12
    • Pressure points injections
    • Joint injections
    • Rocephin

Pricing for injections starts at $15 and up.

Simple Laceration Repair

Simple cuts can be handled at Kountry Healthcare quickly and at a reasonable cost (no expensive ER fees!).  A typical laceration repair may include:

      • Lidocaine injection
      • Wound closure

Laceration repair visits are priced at $125 and up.

Labs

Your visit may include labwork to determine the cause or extent of illness. Labs at Kountry Healthcare are affordable even for patients without insurance.

Lab prices:

• • • Urinalysis – $10
    • Rapid strep – $10
    • Flu testing – $20
    • Basic labs – $10 each

DOT Physicals

We are DOT-certified to conduct physicals to assess the physical and mental health of prospective drivers.

Physicals include:

• • • Urinalysis
    • Visual Acuity
    • Hearing Examination

Pricing for physicals is $100 and up.

IV Therapy

IV Therapy directly delivers the vitamins and nutrients your body needs to feel your best and stay healthy.

IV Therapy prices:
