Our Mission

Our mission is to provide outstanding healthcare that is personalized and affordable. We believe everyone has the right to quality care, no matter their insurance status, and we partner with our patients and their families to develop the right treatment plan to meet their physical, emotional, and financial needs.

Jennifer Sheffler graduated magna cum laude from Ball State with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from The University of Indianapolis in 2014 and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Vincennes University as a Dean’s list recipient in 2003. She has almost 20 years of experience in several nursing roles, such as pediatrics, research, critical care, and emergency departments. Since being a nurse practitioner, she has worked in family practice and an urgent care setting. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Indiana, and the American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners.

With much of Jennifer’s experience being in the hospital systems she has seen how insurance companies drive much of healthcare. When deciding to open her own practice she wanted to help people without insurance companies standing in her way. She decided to make affordable healthcare for people without insurance. Most health care organizations have deals with insurance companies that they charge more than what they get reimbursed, and the rest is written off. For people without insurance, they charge the same amount and expect the full bill to be paid.

Jennifer lives with her incredible husband Dr. Sheffler in Greencastle, Indiana. She has two grown boys that live in the community as well. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and loves all animals. Her hobbies include snowmobiling, riding on the four-wheeler with her dog, and gardening.

Dana Fugate graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in 2015 from the University of Indianapolis and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College in 2007. Dana has over 20 years’ experience in several nursing roles including critical care, emergency departments, and geriatric care. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in correctional facilities, family practice, pediatrics, hospice, and geriatrics. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Dana’s continues to work in Correctional Medicine, providing care for incarcerated individuals in need of primary care services. She also continues to work in hospice, completing recertification assessments as part of ongoing end of life services. She is compassionate about the care she delivers to her patients and families. Dana meets people where there are in their health journey, and encourages her patients to take an active role in there healthcare decisions.

Dana is local to the community in which she will serve and has two amazing children, Jacob and Laney. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and listening to crime podcasts or shows. Her hobbies include gardening and hanging out with her 3 dogs (Merle, Tillie, and Nora) and 1 cat (Dale).
